The fine print.

The Website provides general information about Supersafe, our research and our products, and ways to contact us.

Our products are provided under their own agreements, which govern their use. Hayek is operated by Hayek, Inc., an affiliate of Supersafe, under the terms published at hayek.fi. If a product agreement conflicts with these Terms, the product agreement controls for that product.

Products described as "Preview" or "In the lab" are not generally available. Their features, availability and timing may change or be withdrawn at any time.

We take care to keep the Website accurate and current, but we give no warranty that its content, including text, graphics, logos and descriptions of products and research (the "Content"), is accurate, complete or up to date. We are not liable for errors or omissions in the Content.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.

Nothing on the Website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on the Website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, digital asset or financial product, or to provide investment management services. You are responsible for obtaining your own professional advice.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. The Website and the products it describes are not directed to any person in any jurisdiction where their provision or use would be unlawful, and some products are not available in all jurisdictions.

You agree not to:

• disrupt or interfere with the Website or the servers and networks connected to it;
• access the Website with automated systems in a way that sends more requests than a person could reasonably send with a web browser;
• circumvent, disable or interfere with security features of the Website; or
• use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

The Website and its Content are owned by Supersafe or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Supersafe, the Supersafe logo and our product names are trademarks of Supersafe. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

You may view, download or print Content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices. Journalists and partners may use the assets in our press kit to refer to Supersafe, following the guidelines published there. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

The Website links to sites and services we do not own or control, such as our booking calendar and affiliated products. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices, and you use them at your own risk.

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, bugs or viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supersafe and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supersafe and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

You can browse the Website without giving us any personal information. We collect:

• Information you send us. When you email us, reserve a spot or book a call, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
• Booking details. Calls are scheduled through Google Calendar. When you book, Google shares your name, email address and the details you enter with us.
• Email sign-ups. When you sign up for new playbooks or reserve a spot for a product, we store your email address, the list or products you chose, the page you signed up from and the time, in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account.
• Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the Website from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the referring page.

Sign-up forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is signing up. It processes technical signals from your browser for that purpose only.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on the Website.

• To respond to you, schedule and hold calls, and tell you about early access to the products you asked about.
• To operate, secure and improve the Website.
• To comply with the law, enforce our Terms, and detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.

If you sign up for playbooks or reserve a spot for a product, we email you about it. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:

• With service providers that work on our behalf, such as Cloudflare (hosting, security and spam protection) and Google (email, scheduling and storing sign-ups), under obligations to protect it.
• With our affiliates, such as Hayek, Inc., only to provide the products or information you asked for, under this Policy.
• When required by law or legal process, or when we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Supersafe, our users or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
• With your consent.

We keep email sign-ups until you unsubscribe. We keep correspondence and booking details for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our relationship with you, and as required for legal, accounting and security purposes. Technical logs kept by our hosting provider are retained for a short period.

You may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@supersafe.com. Depending on where you live, including in California and the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under local law, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may keep information where the law requires it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Supersafe is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal information.

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Products for families will publish their own privacy notices, with parental controls, before they launch.

We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page. If a change materially affects how we use personal information we already hold, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Website from bots and abuse. These cookies do not identify you and are not used for marketing.

Sign-up forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It is not used for advertising or to track you across sites.

Sites we link to, such as Google Calendar for booking a call, set their own cookies under their own policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Website works without them.

Content on the Website is for general information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, digital asset or financial product.

Digital assets are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. They may be affected by software defects, network failures, cyberattacks and changes in law or regulation. Self-custody means you are responsible for your keys: if they are lost or stolen, your assets may be unrecoverable. Digital assets are not bank deposits and are not insured by the FDIC or SIPC.

Hayek is operated by Hayek, Inc., an affiliate of Supersafe. Use of Hayek is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, published at hayek.fi.

Vector is in development and is not available to the public. Nothing on the Website is an offer to manage money or to provide trading services. Backtested or simulated results have inherent limitations and do not predict future performance. Trading perpetual futures involves substantial risk of loss, including loss exceeding the initial margin.

AI systems can make mistakes. Our products are designed to cite sources, flag uncertainty and ask a person to approve anything important, but you should review their output before relying on it.

Descriptions of products, research and plans reflect our current intentions. They are not commitments, and actual results and timing may differ.
