Supersafe Team is a managed, turn-key AI platform for your business, bought as one subscription. We set it up, run it and manage it, and every tool and piece of software it runs on is included, so there's nothing else for you to buy or look after.

Every Supersafe Team starts with the Base Station, with everything included: an AI chief of staff, an AI IT lead and an AI doctor, plus a seat for 1 person on your team. The chief of staff runs the work. The IT lead puts your security baseline in place and keeps it there. The doctor keeps every AI sidekick healthy and working. Add more AI sidekicks and more people as you grow, each for a flat monthly fee. That costs a fraction of hiring for the same work, with none of the overhead: no payroll taxes, benefits, time off or sick days. Start with one sidekick on the job that pays off soonest, and add more one at a time as each proves its results.

Security comes first. No sidekick works with your sensitive data until your AI IT lead has put a security baseline in place, with us supervising: one account per person with two-factor sign-in, a team password manager, onboarding and offboarding checklists, a private network for office machines separate from guest Wi-Fi, and a written security policy every staff member is trained on. For medical and dental practices, that helps meet what HIPAA expects.
