Superteam

Superteam is a managed, turn-key AI platform for your business, bought as one subscription. We set it up, run it and manage it, and every tool and piece of software it runs on is included, so there's nothing else for you to buy or look after.

On it, you get a team of AI employees. Each AI sidekick has one role, a clear job and a weekly output you can see: a front desk, a bookkeeper, a sales assistant, a support rep, an ops coordinator. Every team is led by Coach, your AI chief of staff. Coach hands out tasks, checks the work, flags anything that needs your approval and sends you a weekly report. You talk to Coach; Coach runs the team.

You pay for the Superteam plan, which includes Coach, plus a fee for each AI sidekick and each teammate, with everything included. That costs a fraction of hiring for the same work, with none of the overhead: no payroll taxes, benefits, time off or sick days. Start with a couple of sidekicks on the jobs that pay off soonest, and add more one at a time as each proves its results.

Security comes first. No sidekick starts until we've put a security baseline in place, and we do that work ourselves: one account per person with two-factor sign-in, a team password manager, onboarding and offboarding checklists, a private network for office machines separate from guest Wi-Fi, and a written security policy every staff member is trained on. For medical and dental practices, that helps meet what HIPAA expects.
