Create a shared family calendar and move school, activities, appointments and travel into it. Give every family member a color.

One list for everything the house needs
Groceries, errands and repairs in one shared list, split by category. Anyone can add; whoever does it ticks it off.

Get a Sunday brief
Each Sunday, paste the week ahead into your assistant and ask for a short brief: clashes, who drives where, what to prepare.
